Refunds | Returns | Delivery Info

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging and in the same condition you received the order.

All items are inspected before being packaged, we take care to prevent damage during transit.

Returned postage costs are non-refundable.

Once your returned item is received by us and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we received your item and we will let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Items approved for a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

All sale items non refundable.

If any orders are lost in transit then we will arrange another to be dispatched. 

Exchange

We will only replace items that are defective, damaged, unopened and unused, you must contact us before returning the item.

Delivery 

All orders are processed and dispatched with in 1-3 working Monday - Friday.

Orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched next working day

All orders Standard Uk Delivery 2nd class recorded.

orders over £80 dispatch for next day special delivery. 

International Delivery

All orders to be delivered outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail, International Tracked and Signed for service.

All International Postage Charges will vary
